How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel, skip or pause your subscription at any time from your account on trydorvan.com, using the "Subscriptions" page or the link in your order confirmation email.

A cancellation made before your next billing date stops the next shipment. Deliveries that have already been billed or shipped are not affected, and our 30-day money-back guarantee applies as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

If a payment fails, we retry it 3 times, 7 days apart. If the payment still fails, your subscription is cancelled and we email you.
